Information Flows – this refers to the graphical representation of how data and information
flows throughout your organization, e.g data processing, data collection, and report
distribution, in simple words it is the simple illustration of the flow of information in a
business.

Time study- this is a technique that involves a direct and continuous observation of a task,
using a device that keeps time, like a stopwatch.
This method is usually adopted when repetitive work cycles exist or a wide variety of
differential work is performed.

Motion study – this technique was very much influenced by the time study method, but this
time the attention is to observe the movements of the worker, their activities and body
posture. The movement of workers is recorded to show and train operators in the best
possible way to perform their work or ways to standardize their work
