MAKING WATER CANDLE

1. Tools and Materials needed:

• A 200-250ml glass cup *
• 5cm candlewick thread
• Greaseproof paper
• 100ml of water *
• 50ml of cooking oil
• Scissors *
• Beads
* Must be prepared by the student

2. Methods:
a. Prepare a glass cup and beads.
b. Pour water into a glass filled with beads.
c. pour oil.
d. Punch a hole in the greaseproof paper to insert the
candlewick.
e. Light a fire on a candle.
