Percentile. When an array is divided into 100 equal parts by 99 score points , of which P1 has 1% of the data below it, P2
has 2% below it . . . P98 has 98% of the data below it and P99 has 99% below it. Or we can say that the value which has
10% above it is P90, because it has 90% below it.
