Рассвет не за горами

I would like to tell you about the Russian brand Rassvet ne za gorami. I think that most people
know Russian designer Gosha Rubchinskiy, so this brand was created by him and his friend
Tolya Titaev in 2016. Tolya is a famous Russian skater.

Rassvet is a symbol of a new beginning and strength, in the case of the brand - a new
generation of skaters. The goal is to be the first local skateboard brand that can be
recognaizable all over the world, through the brand Gosha and Tolya tell their story and pay
attention to Russia and what is happening with skateboarding there. Rassvet unites not only
young skaters from Russia but also representatives of other countries, such as France and the
United States. Rassvet releases videos that make it clear that skateboarding itself is a way of
self-expression, no less important than music or visual art.

In my opinion the most interesting collection is collaboration with the Pushkin Museum. In the
collaboration, you can find three shirts and six skateboards decorated with prints in the form of
works by Paul Gauguin. In the design of the collection, Gauguin's paintings are used: "The
Queen. The King's Wife", " What? Are you jealous?", "Her Name Is Vairaumati)".
Then the brand Rassvet and the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts have teamed up for the second
time. This time, Japanese engravings made in the ukiyo-e technique were chosen as the works
used in the creation of things, which traditionally showed both paintings from everyday life and
landscapes of the land of the rising sun.
In 2018 the brand Rassvet opened its first skate shop Октябрь (October). The store was
designed by British studios Brinkworth and The Wilson Brothers - a global design company
creating spaces that build strong connections between people and brands. (they were also
engaged in the London Supreme)
The name of the store refers to the Oktyabrskaya metro station, where Moscow skateboarders
usually meet.

After opening the store, Rassvet released the collection Октябрь.

Now skateboarding is not just a hobby, it is a way of life, fashion, creativity and sport.

Fashion is the only phenomenon that could be everywhere.
