Be careful! Must = obligation, BUT:
a) mustn’t = prohibition b) don’t have to = there’s no need to do it
o Modals of possibility and certainty: must, may, could, might
o Modals + perfect infinitives: can/could/may/might/must/should + have + past part.
• Word building: verbs + prepositions
apply for, depend on, laugh at, believe in, dream about, approve of…
• Word building: indefinite pronouns and adverbs
some/any/no/every- + -body/one/thing/where: anybody, nothing, somewhere…
• Vocabulary: do vs. make: do your homework, make an effort, do your best…
• Writing an opinion essay

• Verb tenses*: when to use different future tenses
o will / be going to / present continuous (decisions, predictions, plans)
o future continuous: will / won’t + be + verb + -ing
o future perfect: will / won’t + have + past participle
*Revise ALL verb tenses we have studied so you don’t confuse them!
• Word building: negative prefixes
unbelievable, irresponsible, impatient, dishonest…
• Word building: reflexive pronouns, where and when to use them
myself, yourself, himself, herself, itself, ourselves, yourselves, themselves
• Adjectives to describe objects: material, size, cost, shape, etc.
affordable, versatile, pocket-sized, battery-operated, expensive, tiny…
“it’s a thing for + verb + -ing”, “it’s a thing you use to + infinitive”,
