When designing my classroom, I put a lot of thought in it.

This would be my ideal

classroom. I would have 18 students because I feel that would be just right. I would have 3
tables that fit 6 students each. I like to work in groups and feel that they can help each other,
when necessary, as well. In my technology area I would have 6 computers that way one table
would be able to go at a time. At my small group table, I would also have room for 6 students.
We have a few plants so we can learn how to take care of them. We also have a fish tank;
responsibility is a big thing to learn. In the classroom we will have a classroom library with a cozy
center because touching and smelling books are particularly important. Each week we will
learn about where the students are from and what important traditions they have as a family.
We will then add it to our Diversity Wall. I want every student to feel included and wanted in my
classroom.
