Dear Mr. Cowles;

I have been calling your staff since April 6th to get the Pinch stopped.
I consider it an insult that the unwanted publication is dropped on my yard every Wednesday morning for me to
pick up and throw in the garbage. Some people just let it lay in their yards. But I like to keep my front yard tidy.

Repeated calls to your staff have had no effect on the situation.

It seems clear to me that the Spokesman Review is going to continue to litter my yard, despite my repeated
and very clear requests for it to stop.

Enclosed is a log of my calls to the Spokesman Review from the past month and attached is a bill for "debris
removal" and the fruitless time I spent on the phone with you guys.

A hard copy of my bill has been sent to your office via registered mail.
