Executive Summary We would like to thank BITS ~ Pilani for the opportunity of being value to the BITS PILAN The key requirements, which WIPRO has to deploy network suppor at BITS Pilani for rendering Facility Management services and ensuring the network connectivity at all times. 2. Service Delivery Approach Network Engineer ‘Wipro would provide a Senior Network Support Engineer with 2- 3 years of work experience in networking and with CISCO cerlification. He would work as the network administrator, take care of ail calls related to the core switch, and escalations from the customer support engineer. The NE would be placed in the BITS Pilani. Customer Support Engineer (CSE) Wipro would provide a Customer Support Engineer, witn 1-2 years of work experience in Networking. The CSE would take care of calls elated to the LAN and distribution switches, The Wipro CSE would be placed in the BITS Pilani Campus, Service Window: 9 AM fo 6 PM, 5 days a week Service Deliverables: - Rendering FM support for the nelworking infrastructure ot the BITS PILANI campus The FM Resources to be deployed would be responsible to ensure that the availabilty of the Nelwoxking e Infrastructure at BITS Pilani Wipro's rich experience in providing Facilities Management would help redefine the process mentioned ‘below for efficient of the delivery of the service: Network Management Services oe, en 3. However, Customer will not be responsible for income taxes and wealth taxes that may be payable by Wipro. In case of any new taxes or levies being attracted to the transaction after the ate of submission of response by Service Provider or if any existing taxes or levies are changed thereafter, the same shall be borne by the Customer. Limitation of Liability - Notwithstanding anything contained herein, neither Party shall be liable for any indirect, punitive, consequential or incidental loss, damage, claims, abilities, charges, costs, expense or injury (including, without limitation, loss of use, data, revenue, profits, business and for any claims of any third party claiming, through Wipro) that may arise out of or result from this Agreement. The aggregate liability of Wipro, under this Agreement, shall not exceed the fees (excluding reimbursements) received by it under this contract during the six months preceding the date of first claim. Savings Clause - Wipro's failure to perform its contractual responsibilities, to perform the services, or to meet agreed service levels shall be excused if and to the extent Wipro's non-performance is caused by Customer's omission to act, delay, wrongful action, failure to provide Inputs, or failure to perform its obligations under this contract. ‘Term and Termination - Either party may, without cause, terminate the entire contract upon written notice of forty five (45) days to the other. Either party may terminate the contract upon written notice to the other in the ‘event that the other party commits a material breach of the contract or Statement of Work and fails to cure such
