Daniyal Saabiha Hamza Ashfaq
Star
Areeba Latif
Mustafa Safdar
■ I have had the chance to work with areeba latif and she always tends to think out of
the box coming up with solutions that almost nobody can think of. During my
experience in marketing management, she advised the use of guerilla marketing
and even designed an interactive board.
■ Mustafa Safdar has the knowledge of business, he tends to ask questions about
things that normally one does not think of and has shown that in many courses that
he has the capability to bring down costs in business in areas that many would not
consider. His business acumen and the way he uses it to his advantage sets him
apart from others.
Solid Performer
Ghazi
Hamza Ashfaq
■ Hamza Ashfaq tends to only follow what you tell him. Teach him a word and he’ll
practice it a million time but does not tend to look for other words. This is why he
works hard rather than working smart, is always the one who cries over how much
hard work he has put in. In analyzing something critically, he doesn’t make use of
his bookish knowledge or the home he has gained through experience.
■ Ghazi shows a a lot of confidence because of the hours he puts in his work. He
works very hard but has never acceded the par. I never had the chance to work with
him but have observed that he only plays around what he's good at. And sometimes
when an out of the box question is thrown his way he tends to get nervous.
Risk
Mohammad Ali
Daniyal
■ Mohammad Ali puts all his focus in being a class clown and pleasing everyone. He
does not participate in any class discussion unless he has to make it sound funny.
His scores speaks for it.
■ Daniyal rarely ever speaks in class and it shows in his papers as well. He has been
caught cheating many times and still tries to come up with ways in which he wont
have to study.
Potential Gem
Amna Arshad
Muneeba Khanum
■ Amna has a lot of potential. I have worked with her in human behavior, she
communicated with a child who had an unfortunate past with alcohol and abuse
involved and she communicated effortlessly, further she briefed us about his
problem and even lead the team at one point. Probably because of peer pressure to
not look like a nerd, she tends to not let herself shine.
■ Muneeba Khanum has shown her potential from time and again. She has amazing
communication skills and has the ability to analytically and critically analyze
situations and find answers. Her performance runs short and she starts giving
excuses such as she doesn’t feel like working. If she puts these excuses aside she
can easily become a Star performer. Worked with her in many projects, she brings
something new to the table everytime.
