Abstract
In light of the demand for productivity and manageability in global organizations, workplace
ethics is receiving a lot of attention these days. The exploratory exploration configuration was
used to assess the link between workplace ethics and hierarchical supportability in this
investigation. Uprightness, as a component of workplace ethics, is critical in limiting some of the
issues that can arise as a result of ineffective and defective corporate management tools, and thus
focusing on development expanding techniques. Workplace ethics has a variety of
measurements, but the goal of workplace ethics as a field of study isn't to show the difference
between good and bad, but to equip people with the tools they need to manage complex issues,
so they can distinguish and reason through the ethical implications of key workplace decisions.
To this extent, the major task of workplace ethics is to raise two critical issues: that workplace
decisions do have an ethical component, and that management should consistently assess the
ethical ramifications of key workplace decisions prior to making a decision. Further research in
this area could look into the link between workplace ethics and contemporary disappointment.

Literature Review
Workplace ethics represents the constitutional values like human dignity. Workplace ethics, on
the other hand, is a framework or road map for ensuring the productivity of both employees and
services. In the field of human resources management, ethics has manifested itself in the areas of
equal opportunity, code of conduct, health and hygiene, direct and indirect benefits, and
performance appraisal.
In the simplest form, workplace ethics refers to an organization's HR department's appropriate
compliance practices. From a professional standpoint, workplace ethics has assigned to execute
organizational behavior derived from social norms and values, awareness of moral duties and
responsibilities, and sense of right and wrong, where the trade-off between Laboure union and
organization is supervised.

Introduction
The aim of this term paper is to look at business ethical issue and dilemmas in the workplace
health and safety. To that end, this study focuses on the UAE's workplace climate and compares
the region's status on workplace health and safety issues to that of European countries, Asian
countries such as China, India, and Malaysia, and other GCC countries.
Furthermore, this term paper focuses on the theoretical framework of employers' ethical
dilemmas regarding the workplace environment, as well as the Occupational Safety and Health
Administration's activities.
Ethical dilemmas in workplace
The ethical dilemmas that employees may face at work include the fact that the employer has no
interest in complying with the fact that the employee has the right to avoid any pressure that is
imposed on him forcibly, and that under such pressure, the employee may be tempted to violate
his conscience.
A snapshot of ethical dilemmas in the workplace has been accounted for where, in addition to
health and safety concerns, additional influences belonging to unofficial dimensions have
dramatically increased the organization's costs, and in this situation, more than one employee has
been involved, magnifying the company's cost burden.

Methodology
Ethics is very important part in the workplace. We have focused on the ethical problems that are
faced by the employees in their workplace. The research is mainly qualitative rather than
quantitative. For this term paper we plan to collect information from secondary sources. We will
also collect information from many online articles.

Conclusion
We mainly focused on the workplace and safety of the workers. During this concluding phase,
overall analysis has evaluated that globally, ethical dilemmas and workplace health and safety
has now a considerable issue. In case of UAE, they have adequate Labor Laws, but lack of
awareness due to poor educational attributes labor market of UAE have not yet enjoy proper
benefits of their workplace legislation. On the other side, the western countries have under
course of regular amendment of their labor and workplace legislation.

However, their workplace dilemmas have mostly generated from competitive atmosphere along
with severe workload and stress.
