In an information and data society, especially the current situation of
pandemic it is now mandatory for employees to learn and develop themselves through advance information and e learning programs. Employees who need the training don't need to accumulate in a spot simultaneously, and accordingly it isn't required for them to go far away for going to training classes. Besides, the adaptability permits employees who perform various jobs for training classes as per their own schedule. In this study we are going to explore the connection between the e-learning and employee’s satisfaction. As e learning is becoming new norm because not only that it is cost effective but also through information technology, learner could not acquire knowledge and skills independently; but they can also have access to material customized to meet their needs without the barriers of time and space. Hence it is now important for managers to gain employee satisfaction for future competitiveness.
Objectives of the study:
Objective of this study is to explore how to enhance employee’s satisfaction
by means of e-learning systems, and what kinds of training or teaching activities are effective to increase their learning satisfaction.
