Question # 01 : Companies should have the right to track employees through company smartphones and
monitor their personal Facebook and Twitter accounts?

Answer: Yes , because these smartphones are from their company and lagally they should not allowed
to use for other purposes such as using social sites for their personal benefits instead of their company’s
benefits . So company’s has a right to track them . Because through they can easily check the illegal
activites and also they have access on their employees activites.

Question#02: Employees should be able to maintain their personal privacy and not be tracked through
their company smartphones or their Facebook and Twitter accounts ?

Answer: No, they cannot be able to maintain their personal privacy because that are not their
smartphones that are from their company’s . And they can just able if they use their smartphones.
Because every company has its own policies . And also they have a right to protect their company from
threats from other company.
