LMS Final Exam Procedure

Dear Students,
Hopefully you all are fine, safe and healthy.
As you are aware that Final Examination Spring 2021 will commence from 24th May, 2021. Kindly consider the
following instructions while attempting your exam.

Admit Card is not Required in the Final Examination of the semester Spring 2021. LMS will
be blocked for those students who has not cleared their dues and will not be allowed to
appear in the examination.

1. Exam Paper will only be accepted through LMS and not by any other mean i.e. email
or any other source. Such paper who will be sent to the teacher/counselor or any other
personnel will not be accepted and will be disqualified at once.

2. Kindly make sure to have Uninterrupted electricity and internet to appear in the exam, also make
arrangements for alternate device to avoid any technical inconvenience during your exam submission.

3. Students must remember that it is a timed exam (06 Hours) and LMS will automatically end the exam after
the time allotted for each paper solution. Make sure to upload the exam within the time duration otherwise
your paper will not be accepted after the given time.

4. There is a two-step process to upload the solution in LMS i.e. First you need to upload the file, after
uploading you must submit the solution otherwise your solution will not be uploaded in LMS.

5. Make sure to upload the correct file because once you submitted the paper you will not be allowed to
change or remove it.

6. There will be no Re-Exam for Final Examination.

7. If some error is observed during the exam submission or uploading of file, Students are advised to inform
examination department immediately on email on examination@kasbit.edu.pk otherwise the query will
not be entertained after the exam duration.

8. Examination Department and will be available 24/7 during the Final Examination for the Semester Spring
2021.
