CONTRACT TO SELL

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This contract to sell is made and executed by and between SALVADOR J.

BUENAVIDES, JR., PEPITO J. BUENAVIDES, all of legal age, married and a resident of
Barangay Linao, Barotac Nuevo, Iloilo and RODOLFO J. BUENAVIDES, legal age, married
and resident of Barangay Ingori, Lapaz, Iloilo City, hereinafter called the VENDOR and Spouses
CHERYL E. DOCEJO and HADGIE DOCEJO, all of legal age and a resident of Barangay
Pagdugue, Dumangas, Iloilo, hereinafter called the VENDEE.

WITNESSETH THAT

1. That the ADJUCATEE / VENDORS are the legitimate grandchildren and one of the
surviving heirs of the registered owners of the late PANTALEON JAMENEA and
VALENTINA DOHINO of the Lot No. 8009 with Certificate of Title No. 33974 situated
at Barangay Pagdugue, Dumangas, Iloilo covering an area of Two Thousand Three
Hundred Seventy Three square meters (2, 373 sq. m);
2. That 1/3 of which containing an area of 700 square meters of Lot No. 8009 was inherited
by SALVADOR J. BUENAVIDES, all married and of legal age the surviving heirs of the
Late PANTALEON JAMENEA and VALENTINA DOHINO;
3. That an area of 300 square meters portion of the 700 square meters was being sold by the
VENDORS to the VENDEE in the amount of Php 120, 000.00;
4. That the partial payment of Php 50, 000.00 was paid in hand by the VENDEE to the
VENDORS last December 2018.
5. That the another partial payment of Php 10,000.00 paid in hand by the VENDEE to the
VENDORS this _____ day of _____, 2019.
6. That the other payment in the form of the following expenses:
a. Php 33, 000.00 relocation and subdivision,
b. Php 3, 000.00 attorney’s fee for deed of sale and adjucatee,
was sum up to Php ______ was paid by the VENDEE during the processing of the papers
as agreed by the VENDORS.
7. That the remaining balance of the VENDEE is Php ______ to fully pay the said land
area.
