My name is M Waqas Saeed and my Roll no is B-21730 and I am the student of 7 th Semester of Law
department in the Cantt Campus. I am facing some kind of serious health issues from one week, I was
not feeling well from past couple of days, Having the fever and the dry cough from one week. So, I
thought of having a corona test and my corona test was Positive, also all of my family members also
infected from Corona virus. Now we are Quarantine in our home as per the policy of Health commission
that’s why I cannot come to university for 15 days as per the Doctors advice. Sir its a humble request to
you please mark my Leave for 15 days for completing my quarantine period.
