MIXING OF 3 DIFFERENT FLUID

FLUID TAKEN
 WATER(TRANSPARENT)
 MUSTURD OIL(YELLOWISH)
 REFINED COOKING OIL(SLIGHTLY BLUEISH)

OBSERVATION
 DENSITY OF WATER=1000KG/M3
 DENSITY OF MUSTURD OIL=969.4KG/M3
 DENSITY OF COOKING OIL=840-900KG/M3
 I tried to mix these 3 different fluids in a glass. Firstly
they form a colloidal solution then after some time
water settled at bottom and then on the top of that
mustard oil and on the top of that cooking oil and
they are visibly separately.
 On heating the mixture the oils form a layer on the
top of water which hinders the evaporation rate of
water and it become slow also boiling point of water
is less than oil so water boils first but it take more
time as compared to normal boiling .after some time
water start evaporating and bubble were formed
under oil causing it to spontaneously blow off.
