To Teachers and Parents
The Cambridge English: Young Learners (YLE) tests
a series of motivating, activity-based tests designes
primary children. The YLE tests are often a child’s *
experience of language testing and the emphasis is on
and ensuring a positive experience.
The YLE tests and corresponding preparation materials
recognised worldwide for serving as a gentle introdu
to exams whilst benchmarking progress and demonstr:
competence. The tests are designed to develop the
needed to communicate in English and cover all four langu:
skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking).
All seven levels of Kid’s Box follow the syllabus for the ¥
tests with each cycle corresponding to one of the th
tests — Starters, Movers and Flyers. The YLE tests
aligned with the Common European Framework of Refere
(CEFR) and Kid’s Box provides the building blocks to ena
students to reach CEFR level A2.
Kid’s Box provides thorough preparation for the Cambric
English: Young Learners tests through a fun and engag
learning experience.
