We may contact you for clarification or to request additional information that will help us understand how we can best meet your needs.‘Wholesale Agreement, Terms of Sale, and Application Page 2 of 4 WHOLESALE AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF SALE ‘Your submission of this Wholesale Application indicates that you agree to the terms of the following Wholesale Agreement MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS There are no minimum order requirements with AirSplat. However, wholesale accounts are not applicable for promotional coupons. Once an account has been set up and you have successfully logged in, not all items will be discounted at wholesale price (we have a few items that are not offered at a discounted price) CUSTOMER SERVICE AirSplat requires its Wholesale Accounts to maintain adequate working knowledge of our products to provide indepth customer service to your end consumer. Of course, if at any time you receive a question that you simply cannot answer, feel free to contact AirSplat Customer Service at (626) 539-3900. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm PST, excluding major holidays. DROP SHIP PROGRAM We understand that some of our retailers prefer to drop ship instead of carry inventory. We offer drop shipments at no extra charge (your invoice will be sent out as a packing slip). Our AirSplat logo will be on all invoices and shipping labels. Drop shipments can be requested via phone order only for the first 50 orders. Drop shipments via web orders will be authorized after the Wholesale account is well established. PACKAGING Every order is shipped with a packing slip/invoice. PRODUCT INFORMATION/IMAGES All product information can be found online at www.airsplat.com, We do not offer additional marketing materials or forms as we have a multitude of inventory that is constantly changing. PAYMENT OPTIONS At this time, AirSplat is not extending credit terms. All orders must be accompanied by pre-payment. You may order online/over the phone and pay via credit card, PayPal, or you may alternatively mail your order along with a check or money order. Orders sent with check payment will be held until the check has cleared our bank (about 7-10 business days). SHIPPING ERRORS, RETURNS, AND WARRANTY Order errors must be brought to AirSplat Customer Service attention within 3 days of receipt of shipment(s). AirSplat will not speak to your customers directly. If your customer finds an issue related to manufacturing defects they will need to contact you or your service department first. Then if you are unable to resolve the issue, you may contact AirSplat. For security measures we will only speak to the account holder. We will work with you to find a resolution. We endeavor to protect your reputation, and ours. AirSplat offers Wholesale accounts warranty against manufacturer defect only and not end user error. MERCHANTABILITY & MISREPRESENTATIONS Wholesale Account agrees that AirSplat makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the merchantability of AirSplat products.
