SUBJECT : MEAL STUB POLICY

Good day!

Please be informed that we will be implementing “NO MEAL STUB, NO MEAL POLICY” to
all our personnel in acquiring of catering services. We will be issuing meal stubs of every meal
to our personnel starting tomorrow April 27, 2021 for record keeping purposes. Each personnel
shall secure one (1) meal stub for everyday to acquire free meals.

Please kindly indicate on the meal time schedule by putting (/) mark in its corresponding
schedule in the stub with your signature. One copy of meal stub shall be given to the caterer for
future reconciliation.

Return the meal stubs upon returning to bunkhouse. Unreturned meal stubs shall be subject to
salary deduction of every personnel’s incentive.
