INTRODUCTION:

Greenland recycling is one of the biggest recycling industry which was started in 2011 with 20
workers and 6 admin staff which increased to 220 and admin staff increased to 20 and it are
growing rapidly. As the time is passing by due to increase in business more job opportunities
are available to fulfill and that has impact in the retention of employees due to competition
rising. This report shows the strategies that target employee engagement and how employees
can be retained. Employee competitive salaries and great benefits are important to keep
employee recognized.
 Aims and Objectives
The main aim of this report is to apply ideas from which employee retention can be
improved at Greenland recycling. Some of the objectives that have to study are:

1- Reason why employees decide to leave or stay.


2- Introduce different ways to improve employee satisfaction
3- Recommend best retention technique at Greenland recycling
4- Review current benefit pack.
