Exhibition: Iconic Inventions

Many inventions are innovative. They can completely change your perception
and even make life easier. Brilliant people create gadgets, vehicles and almost
everything we can admire and even use. From Dyson’s revolutionary bladeless fan to
President Obama’s favourite dog bowl: all these things can be seen at the famous
exhibition that takes place annually in Folio Society Gallery.

The firs impression is that all ideas are useful but all of them aren’t dramatic
visually. It should be stressed that all exhibition has simple layout – fifteen recent
British inventions laid around the gallery with short information boards on each.
Some of the ideas are really interesting, they are worth noting, and they can be
improved. Near each invention you can see its history. Interestingly, some inventions
have helped create even teenagers.

However, the exhibition has its drawbacks, because it can be bypassed in just
ten minutes. But this is offset by the fact that admission is free and everyone can visit
the exhibition. It is interesting that there is a section where people have written their
own ideas of problem which could be solved with new solution. If you are interested
in technology and the latest inventions then you should visit the British Library, the
venue of the exhibition.
