Gun violence is a contemporary global human rights
issue. Gun violence is a daily tragedy affecting the lives of
individuals around the world. More than 500 people die every day because of that. To prevent this problem the state needs to introduce a number of laws that will help improve the situation or minimize it.
The first step of the state should be to recognize gun
violence as a threat to human rights, in particular their right to life, physical integrity and human security and health. Personally, I think that a good way to prevent a gun violence is first of all to make a sale with as much information about the buyer as possible. Namely his passport, postscript, fingerprints, and for what purposes the weapon will be used.
The ingenious idea was to improve the weapon so that
it would work only in the hands of the owner, namely behind the fingerprint scan. It is a good idea to introduce the life sentence for commiting a gun violence. This type of punishment can be a motivation not to do reckless acts that can harm a person's life.
I believe that improving arms production, information
gathering and life sentence would be a great solution to the problem that the whole world is struggling with.
