To achieve and maintain good nutrition, you need to eat go, grow, and glow foods. There are many benefits to regularly including nutrient-
dense foods that can shape healthy development. The benefits of incorporating the grow foods in my diet is it helps my body grow and keep
me strong and healthy. Glow foods will help protect me from diseases by helping our bodies work well and fight off illness. Lastly, go foods give
us energy to be active, work, and learn each day.

Indeed using gadgets all day will make us lazy and inactive. To overcome this barrier, the first thing I need to do is to start my day with an
exercise. Then, I will make a schedule for my activities to do for the day so that I will be reminded not to use the phone all day. Lastly is to set
an alarm for myself so that I won’t exceed the time of using the gadget.

Fitness assessment helps to measure various aspects of the body and its abilities. Physical fitness is important to find a good athlete because it
measure to determine one’s level of physical fitness. On the other hand, flexibility is important in sports performance. Having flexible muscles
and joints are important in maintaining pain- free movements and decreasing muscle soreness especially among athletes who perform high-
intensity training.

I would maintain my physical well-being by staying healthy. This means, I would do some exercise every morning. I would eat healthy foods
such as fruits and vegetables. It is important to maintain our physical well-being to protect ourselves against the virus and for our body to stay
healthy and active.
