PAMANA Village: A Housing Development for Overseas Filipino Workers.

This proposed project are supported by the Government of Naga. The

government's target market is a fourth and fifth income group class that will
directly to the 30 to 50 thousand earned a month. This project as requested by
the organization of PAMANA the reason is they will unite them in one village for
OFWs only in Naga City like the seamen’s village in Dasmarinas Cavite they
inspired them. The PAMANA organization is adapting the concept of the
seamen’s village in Naga City. The location of the project is located at Barangay
Pacol Naga City.
The one OFW PAMANA member the earned in other country it is not
enough to buy or to build a home by supporting as of the government the
PAMANA organization they will pursue her dreams, to build a home by investing
or to borrowed the agency like PAG IBIG.

Investing in low-cost products and innovations ensures a high-profit return

owing to the quality in which the high-end working-class family is inclined to
invest. Ultimately, the high-end clientele is difficult to impress, but the quality is
the main component in growth to enhance them.
However, the proposed project the housing development that is accessible
to Overseas Filipino Workers does not specifically cater to them that when they
are return to the Philippines they have something to see her investing in their
home when they returned it and when retired them they can use their skills
according to their work in other country they can put up in a business in the
house.
The proponent wants to design a home for OFW that will cater for OFW
and provide a livelihood for the continuing their job when they retiring. The
housing project is aimed at developing a place to accommodate the families of
the OFW who cannot afford a home. It will be to the OFW's advantage.
Enthusiastic about having a place to settle where they are not going to be
ashamed of living in such a house.
