Quotations in sealed envelope are invited for supply of materials as per schedule enclosed. The cover shall be duly superscripted with enquiry No. and date of opening and name of the firm. Quotation shall be accepted sent by post or submitted by hand. 1) SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF QUOTATION:- ‘The sealed quotation must reach this office on or before 3.30 P.M. on the date 06.07.2021 the quotation will be opened on the same date at 4.00 P.M. in presence of supplier or their representative who so ever ay be present. Quotations received late will not be considered 2) EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT:- N/A 3) PAYMENT TERMS:- ‘Our standard term of payment is 100% payment along with taxes and duties within 45 days or on tum as per queue whichever is later after receipt of material in good condition in MPPGCL store. 4) SECURITY DEPOSIT:- Ifthe cost of order exceeds 2,00,000/-, successful bidder has to submit security deposit @10% of the ordered value excluding tax & freight in the form of demand draft/bank guarantee in the Performa to be supplied along with order within 15 days after receipt of order or before dispatch of the material, payable to Sr. Accounts Officer, MPPGCL, Birsinghpur. This amount is retainable for a period of 18 ‘months after the date of supply of material or for period of 12 months from the date of installation of ‘material whichever is earlier , for due and faithful performance of the contract against defective material and/or workmanship. If the bidder fails to supply the materials as per specification within stipulated period or fails to replace defective materials, the security deposit can be forfeited. 3) VALIDITY:~ | ‘The quotation should remain valid for minimum period of 180 days from the date of opening. In case the validity period has not been mentioned, it will be deemed 180 days. | 6) PRICE VARIATION AND RATE JUSTIFICATION: ' No variations in rates are acceptable. Prices are accepted within validity period of 180 days, Please also submit a copy of a printed price list/Catalogue along with the offer to ascertain the reasonability of rates. In ease of non-availability of printed price list, copy of order executed previously for Govt. /Semi Govt. organization may be enclosed with offer. 7) DELIVERY::- Tenderers, after receipt of firm order, will supply material within 04 t0 06 Weeks, 8) PENALTY:-The delivery period stipulated in our enquiry will be essence of the supply order. In case of delay in executing the order, the company may at it’s option (i) either recover from supplier the sum @ 4% of the price of the stores not delivered per week subject to maximum of 10% or (ii) purchase from elsewhere on account and at the tisk of the supplier, the stored not delivered or (iii) cancel the ‘order in case the supplier not honoring the written order for some reason or other. The company may debar the firm from future supply. The date of MTR will be the date of delivery for calculation of penalty. 9) GOODS AND SERVICE TAX (GST)- Tenderer must be registered dealer and they are required to quote their Registration No. & date. (alongwith proof in photocopy) They would quote specifically whether their rates are inclusive of GST. Please also mention the HSN code of material.
