I would like to draw your attention that I reached by Flight No.

232 ey-MEHAD
from New York to Islamabad on September 10, 2009 in order to see my mom
which was seriously suffering from heart problem. However, in the day time -
next day of my arrival, Umer Farooq and his brother-in-law Hamayoon Rayaz
opened fire on our house i.e. where I and my mom were sleeping at 3-45 PM.
My mom fell down and we took her to hospital where she was treated. Way back
we complained the occurrence in the concerned Police Station. In the evening at
8:30 PM Police took us with them to Police Station. There one of the same
persons again opened fire in order to kill us. Actually they had paid money to
police, therefore, the police instead of arresting the culprits detained me and my
father in Police Station for about 12 hours. Next day our lawyer take us out from
the lock on bail. Then in the next morning the same group sent a man behind
our house to climb up wall but he fell down. The man was seen with a pistol and
his motive was to kill me, however, I was remained safe due to
misunderstanding. After that I returned from Pakistan to USA through PIA flight.
So we through our lawyer also filed a petition before Sessions Court. The
enemies wanted to trap and kill me. There was also malafide of local police and
its involvement in this case. The names of the persons of enemy group are as
under:-

i) Omer Farooq, Motorway Police

ii) Zafar
FIR was registered against culprits. Omer Farooq Motorway Islamabad, his
brother Tariq alias Munna, Omer son of
Qumer and his brother too. Hamayoun Riaz, Zaid, his cousin and Zafar. Other
people are not known to me.
