    Select the place to store the files first, then click the “Install”, once finished, please chose

    “Finish”, and the app is installed on the computer.

    For Mac：
    Once installed, when open the TCS desktop, a pop-pup window would appear as below. Please
    choose “Open”.

    While opening the desktop app after installation, if the pop-pup window is shown as below, it
    indicates you’re your computer is restricted to open the apps not from the APP Store. You
    can change the setting following this process: Mac --> System Preferences -->
    Security&Privacy --> General --> 'Click the lock to make changes' --> you can either use
    Touch ID or Password --> change to 'allowed apps downloaded from 'App Store and identified
