Re; RESIGNATION LETTER

Please accept this letter as formal notice of my resignation as Firm Foundation School pupils’
teacher (JHS Department), effective from 15th of January, 2021. After a period of consideration,
I have decided to return to school to earn my Master’s in Electrical/Electronics engineering. I truly
enjoyed my tenure at Firm Foundation School. Teaching young ones matters a lot to me every day
and it is absolutely joyful to serve. Likewise, it has been incredibly rewarding to watch pupils
learn and develop so quickly.

Under your leadership, I have no doubt and I know Firm Foundation’s fantastic reputation and
good nurturing of young scholars will continue years into the future. God bless you all for the
love, advice and the mentoring these past few years. It has been a privilege to work with you, the
pupils and all the wonderful staff. I do hope that my leaving will not cause you or Firm Foundation
School any inconvenience. Please do not hesitate to be in touch if you think there is any way I can
assist with finding a replacement, or if there is anything I can do to make the transition smoother.

Thank you so much for understanding. I enjoyed working with you, and I appreciate my time at
Firm Foundation School. I hope we will be able to stay in touch, and I look forward to seeing how
Firm Foundation School grows more.
