Short Brief

We are a start-up that offers long-term rental of electrical scooters/mopeds in Norway. We need a
website that communicates the benefits of our two rental solutions. The website goal is for the
customer to book rental online. We have a strong focus on the environment and we offer a solution
that is sustainable, easy and affordable.

Norway for some reason haven’t really gone over to electric when it comes to mopeds. Most
mopeds are fossil-powered. We are confident that our solution is a much better option than buying
a fossil-powered moped which is the current norm. Our own experience of owning gas mopeds and
the several pains related to it. And not to mention the current annoyance of hearing those loud, bad
smelling mopeds, has led us to start this business.

Our vision is to be the leading moped rental in Norway and help accelerating the transition to
electrical mopeds, which is long overdue.

Rental solution/options

We have two vehicle options for our two rental solutions that is aimed towards two different target
audiences
Option 1

This moped is for regular use, such as commuting.

Target audience 1:

Youth

Age: 14-18

Gender: Male and female

Occupation: junior high school – high school

The legal age to get a driver’s licence in Norway is 18 (car). While 16 for moped, which makes
mopeds popular among youths. And is considered a vehicle you use until you are valid for a driver’s
licence at 18.

It is basically a vehicle they use for a limited time. 1-4 years.

Getting a moped driving license is expensive, not to mention the moped, registration, insurance and
loss of value. This cost is often taken care of by parents. Parents is usually involved, whether it is
financing the cost or the burden of having to store/sell the vehicle after use. This is a common
problem and pain for parents.

We also want to appeal to parents.

Having a fossil-powered moped requires a lot of care. It needs continuously maintenance. Especially
because of the though weather conditions and the cold winter. It optimally needs preparation
before and after winter. These tasks are either overlooked (leads to problems) or left to parents to
decide whether to do it themself or get professional help (expensive)
We have a solution for all the pains related to owning and maintaining a moped.

Option 2

This cargo option is for food delivery.

Target audience 2:

Age: 18-40

Gender: Mostly men

Occupation: Delivering for food delivery apps

With this option we want to target those who deliver for Foodora and Wolt delivery apps, whether
they currently use bike or car to deliver.

Using bikes to deliver can be exhausting and increased competition in the city centers where most
bikes are used leads to an increased delivery area. Foodora and Wolts geographic reach is increasing
anyway. Many resort to either buy an electric bike or a fossil car. Both very costly, with many
unpredictable expenses.

We also want to appeal to regular fast food businesses owners, often using just eat.

Our electric mopeds have long reach and instant acceleration which makes it perfect for food
delivery. We believe that these drivers will increase their revenue and make their work a lot easier
with out electric moped and rental solution.

About the rental

Here are our rental rental length options (same for both vehicle option):

1 year - 1299/month - delivery 299 pickup 299

2 year - 1099/month - delivery and pickup free

3 year - 999/month - delivery and pickup free

(Nok. Norwegian kroner)

Liability insurance included.

Delivery and pickup to all of Norway.

Customer can choose between 4 colors for the regular version. Red, blue, Gray and white.

There is only white for Delivery version.
