1.Matthew. has brought and under valued company
2 Ellen has got two decade experience
3 Ronnie director of clinical operations in Orlando
4 Matthew keeps travelling from Orlando to Florida
5 conflict between Ronnie and Ellen

REFLECTION
1 what is the problem
2 why did Matthew buy the company from Arthur
3 Is the purpose of acquiring the company served
4 what comes in the way of achieving the purpose
5 Is the business giving profit
6 can the conflict be avoided
7 why has the conflict erupted now

INSIGHTS
1 company has the ability to make profit
2 operational problem
3 staff and line function problem
4 Ronnie in comfortable zone
5 Staff is able to influence the director , then the company should have strong
system
6 Ronnie has chance of being promoted
7 Ronnie has very less business sense
8 Ronnie son also in kids spectrum
9 Ellen says great service but no money

DECISION
1 Ronnie should change ,come out of comfortable zone
2 if Ronnie doesn’t change , employee some other person to the same job,even if he
is 60% of Ronnie
3 Matthew needs to function full time
4 Strong system should be in place to make profit or it should be termed NGO

The case can be dealt under management conflict.
