A) PREREQUISITES FOR AMIGAOS 3.

Version 3.2 of the Amiga Operating System (AmigaOS) is available in two main packaging
options:

- A digital download archive holding essentially the same contents as the CD-ROM edition
and/or parts thereof;

- A physical distribution that has the same contents as the digital download on a CD ROM.

Distributors may offer alternative services and optional packages

that may combine these and other options.

Please carefully review which option you purchased.

In addition, note that the Kickstart ROMs are model-specific, so ROMs

cannot always be safely exchanged between models.
The same applies to the Modules disks.

If you bought a package including a ROM chip, it is advisable to first upgrade the ROM
to the newer version, and then install the Operating System from disk.
Otherwise, a lot of extra data will be copied that is not strictly necessary.

Before you begin, ensure that you have the following:

*) The new 3.2 ROM chip(s), for the specific Amiga model you want to upgrade, if you purchased
the ROM chip(s) upgrade.

*)A wooden or plastic pry tool for ROM upgrades.

The AmigaOS 3.2 CD-ROM or the AmigaOS 3.2 installation disks.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO OFFICIAL VERSION OF AMIGAOS 3.2 FROM HYPERION
ON FLOPPY DISKS AND THAT HYPERION DOES NOT PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR DISTRIBUTION
ON DISKS.

The disk set (if and when made available by a Hyperion distributor) should consist of the
