about 40 years, by faith – Hindu, by occupation – Advocate’s Clerk, residing

at Vill: Sankrail, P.O. and P.S. Sankrail, District: Howrah, PIN - 711313 do

hereby solemnly affirm and state as follows:

1. That, I am the registered clerk of Mr. Manoj Kumar Roy, Ld.

Advocate and am also looking after the above case of Mr. Nilanjan

Sen, Ld. Advocate, High Court, Calcutta.

 2. On instructions of the Ld. Advocate, I have served the copy of the

above mentioned Appeal alongwith all annexures with forwarding

letter upon the Respondent by Speed Post on 19.09.2015 and upon

the counsel for the Respondent Number 1 by hand on 10.09.2015,

the proof of delivery of which has been derived from the internet.
