This instant First Class Suit was filed by the Plaintiff

Services already held good by the Honorable Court of Senior Civil Judge and
Assistant Session Judge VIth South at Karachi against all Defendants No. 1 to 6
thereafter the Mr. Syed Hamid Raza DDA has filed memo of appearance on behalf of
defendants No. 3 & 4 and then on dated 2nd1day of March 2021 the Honorable Court of
Senior Civil Judge and Assistant Session Judge VIth South at Karachi has passed the
Order on order sheet. In view of defendant No.1 & 2 are hereby debarred from filling
C/A/W/S Let matter proceeded exparte against defendant No.1 & 2. Order sheet
placed on record and matter was fixed for filing written statement and C/A to
application U/o 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC by defendant No. 3 and 4. These defendants are
officials. Prescribed period of 90 days for filing written statement by official
defendants have expired, despite they have failed to file their written statement and
C/A to application U/o 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC, hence, defendant No. 3 and 4 are
debarred from filing written statement and C/A to application U/o 39 Rule 1 and 2
CPC and the case shall proceed ex-parte against them. Such order was passed on order
