Fortress XP™
Forged from Toughness
Do not let ordinary conveyor belts slow
down the efficiency of your business. Instead,
put your trust in Fortress XP™ – an industry
leader in toughness, strength and impact
resistance. Fortress XP™ conveyor belts were
designed to withstand the harshest above-
ground belting environments out there, day
in and day out. Fortress XP™ was developed
using extreme computer modeling and finite
element analysis (FEA) software. Additionally,
our precision testing, derived from 100-
plus years of innovative fabric and rubber
compounding research, has allowed us to
take Fortress XP™ to the next level.

Designed for primary and secondary crushers, mainlines, pit belts, trash
and recycling, log debarkers and log decks, and many other high-abuse
applications, the Fortress XP™ belt has the toughness you need.

If top cover and pulley cover are balanced (i.e., 3/16 in. x 3/16 in. or 4.7mm x 4.7mm) or less than 1/16 in. (1.5mm) differential (i.e., 3/16 in. x 5/32 in. or 4.7mm x 3.9mm), add 6 in. (152mm)
to the minimum belt width. 6 in. (152mm) narrower widths are possible if the belt is broken in for an extended period of time fully loaded. Consult your Sales Representative.Additional
break-in time is required when the belt has been stored prior to installation in ambient temperatures of less than 50°F (10°C).

Note: The minimum cover for vulcanized splice is 1/8 in. (3.2mm). The recommended is maximum top to bottom cover ratio for one ply is 2:1 (i.e., is 1/4 in. x 1/8 in. or 4.5mm x 2.25mm)
and for two ply is 3:1 (i.e., is 3/8 in. x 1/8 in. or 9mm x 3mm). Above tables are based on top cover gauge equal or greater than the bottom (pulley) cover gauge.
