3.0 LEARNING EXPERIENCE

3.1 The valuable lessons from the business activity

There are many things that I learn that I can use in the future. Furthermore, this business
activity is enjoyable for me because I got to learn many things and gain experiences from it.
I like it when customer appreciate and like what they want and from that, I can see how
happy they are. However, there are also things that I do not like about this business which
is I hate when I cannot manage my time well such as I find it hard to stabilize my time
between my online classes and this business. Because of that, I create my own timetable and
I follow them strictly. Then, there are also some times that it is difficult to sell my product
to my customer but I faced it successfully by slowly learn how to treat customer better to
make they buy my product. When I get my first profit, I was very happy because it lift my
passion to sell more of my product to many people but when I loss some profit, I was a little
disappointed at myself but I think it is my starting point to learn from my mistake and make
myself better. I think I have learn many things from this business and the area that I feel I
can done it better is when I promoted my product. I feel like I can use more platform to
promote like facebook or shoppe to make my profit higher that this time.

3.2 Challenges faced throughout the business activity

There are some challenges that I faced when doing this business which is first, I have a
difficulty to promote my product because there are many sellers that sell the same thing or
even the same brand as I am. Sometimes, they even sell the product cheaper than me to
attract customer. The second challenge is I also find it hard at first to think of ways to attract
customer through media social because I do not have any skills or strategies for it. So, I
learn it by asking for advice from my friends and family. The last one is I faced many kind
of customers which is some of them asked many question that I have to explained it again
and again until they understand it. I also met some customer that pulled some prank on me
like calling me to yell at me and then they hang up or some of them were rude at me when
asking question.
