The given illustration is about the context of dominant political institutions that exist in the

society. However, in the example or the said illustration, the artist or the illustrator tries to portray
that those considered as dominant political institutions are manipulating and taking control in
the government sector. Based on what I have observed, they take control and prioritize
themselves. On the other hand, they determine what is going to happen in the society and that
is usually about their personal purposes or the so called hidden agenda. For instance, they are
trying to be transparent in their good intentions by words, but apparently their actions contradict
them. Hence, the presented illustration is obviously telling us indirectly of the reality and what is
really happening in most societies.
