Job Description:
Area of Interest:
• Plans, direct and coordinate activities of the entire finance function of FWO • Advising senior management on financial aspects of different projects •
Monitoring and supervision of finance sections of various regional offices • Development, strengthening and implementation of internal controls • Analysis of
Financial Models for investment decision and to evaluate the potential of different projects. • In-house financial and commercial due diligence of projects •
Monitoring of the funds allocated, required and disbursed for project during construction and managing the cost overrun (if any) • Advising /informing the
senior management about any actions required as a result on financial monitoring exercise • Financial Analysis on different commercial aspects of the
organization • Efficient treasury management to ensure efficient utilization of cash reserves. • Responsible for negotiations of project finance facilities with
finance providers
Finance

Location: Rawalpindi

Degree/Education: CA / Equivalent

Experience Required: 15 years Minimum 5 years experience of heading finance department of reputed organization
