Remove the 6 pes. of serew Fixing the upper cover R to remove the upper cover R. (Refer to the page 75 in the DC-645 Service Manual) Please keep these removed screws. They will be used in the item 16 below. 2 Remove the 4 pes. of screw fixing the lower cover R2 to remove the lower cover R2._ (Refer to the page 76 in the DC-645 Service Manual) Please keep these removed screws. They will be used in the item 16 below. 3. Loosen the 2 pes. of serew fixing the transport module (standard module). 4, Remove the 2 pes. of screw fixing the wiring cover to remove the wiring cover. (Refer to the page 151 in the DO-645 Service Manual) Please keep the removed screws ‘They will be used in the item 12 below. The wiring cover removed will not be used. It will be replaced with the one packaged (P9-M1560)5. Connect the connector to the cable unit for sensor in advance and get the cable unit ‘through the hole shown in the right photo. 6, Set the optional home position sensor and install t with the cap bolt by putting the bolt in the center hole of the 5. 7. Install the stepping motor in the lower part of the elongate hole with the 2 pes. of screw as not making gutter. 8 Connect the cable unit for motor to the stepping motor with connector. 8. Install the cable unit for sensor to the CNT (28-30) on the main PCB. + 28 Red, 29 Sky blue, 30 Blue10. Install the cable unit for motor to the CN? (7-12) on the STEP drive POB. +7 Green, 8 Yellow, 9 Black, 10 Pink, 11 White, 12Blue 1, Fix several positions of the cable unit with the 14 pes. of banding band Be careful not to touch moving part of the machine. ‘Separate from 24V cable unit for motor. Under wiring cover Main POB12. Set the wiring cover (P9-M1560) and fix it with the 2 pes. of screw. Check operation of the optional home position sensor. 1-1 Press the “I” side of the power switch while pressing the (JOG) keys (both) to access HELP mode. 1-2 Select the HELP!2 to check operation of the sensor. (Refer to the page 223 in the DC-645 Service Manual.) @Select the HELP12, and press the (START) key. (sensor / switch check appear on the display.) @Check light through state (light throuah / light blocked) of the sensor. (Ct Jindicates: O:light through, 1 :light blocked) @Press the (STOP) key to retum to the display of HELP mode selection.
