Corrections and Clarifications

1. The average turnover of each company for preceding 3 years was Rs. 10 Crore per
annum.
2. The cartel was formed between the four companies when the Antitrust Commission of
Jinland (Lesser Penalty) Regulation came into force. The Antitrust Commission of
Jinland (Lesser Penalty) Regulation, 2015 be read as Antitrust Commission of
Jinland (Lesser Penalty) Regulation, 2009 and amended in 2017 (in pari materia
with Indian Law)
3. The impugned order dated 01.02.2021 at Page No. 4 in the moot problem was a
typographical error. The impugned order was of 01.05.2021 which was passed by the
Antitrust Commission of Jinland and stay by the Hon’ble National Company Law
Appellate Tribunal of Jinland.
