Albio 109 C was designed taking into account the latest technological achievements in window system
design. It has accomplished high performance on thermal insulation due to its 24mm width polyamide

Exalco Albio 109 C profiles. The excellent air-permeability test results and the ability of using up to 44mm thick glazing units
offer high sound insulation. The use of perimeter multi-locking mechanism in combination with thermal
break insulation, makes Albio 109C an absolutely secure system. The system also includes two different
profile patterns, oval and classic.

Exalco Albio 109 C SUPER THERMO

Albio 109 C Super Thermo is EXALCO’s top class product within opening systems in terms of
thermal insulation. The extremely low thermal transmittance coefficiency has been achieved
by using wider polyamide profiles (34mm), the insertion of new high insulation material and
the use of new gaskets. The excellent air permeability test results and the ability of using up to
50mm thick glazing units offer high sound insulation. The system includes high security
mechanism, known as perimeter multi-locking mechanism.

Exalco Albio 129 C ADVANCED THERMO

Albio 129 C Advanced is the only system having a sash with a width of 78,3mm that presents
high thermal-insulation properties with Uf=1,48 W/(m2K) and Uw=1,4 W/(m2K) with Ug= 1,0
W/(m2K), thanks to the use of special polyamides.

It has been used a special water tightness component that replaces the central sealing gasket
and offers a better thermal insulation ability.

The design of the system with minimal straight lines offers a minimalistic look and an
improved aesthetics. Furthermore, there is the possibility to use a frame that is coplanar not
only at the outside but in the inside too.

Exalco Albio 207 Exalco Albio 225

Albio 207 with a classical design is the ideal solution for
renovating any construction. The water-tightness is
accomplished with strip-brushes and gaskets that apply to both
sash and rail. Distinctive quality and durability make it ideal for
renovating any construction. Available in two different profile
designs, oval and embossed.
Albio 225 offers high insulation performance thanks to the
thermal-breaking system, even on intense weather conditions.
The sash and frame profiles come with 24mm polyamide bars.
With 38mm sash width, the system offers excellent thermal
insulation. A special feature of the system is the option of
embedding a stainless steel rail into the frame profile for great
functionality and durability. Its design includes two different
patterns, flat and oval.

Albio 227 is a thermal break sliding system, suitable for replacing old sliding windows.
The triple frame (glass – mosquito net – shutter) is only 95mm wide and is suitable to be installed in
narrow wall openings. The sash and frame profiles come with 10mm and 18mm polyamide bars. With
Exalco Albio 227 sash width 31mm and shutter sash width 28mm, Albio 227 provides the possibility of constructing all the

Albio 256 Thea is one of the unique minimal lift and slide systems that provides ideal water
tightness through EPDM sealing gaskets.

It has minimal look with integration of the frame into the wall at the perimeter of the system,
visible profile 45,1mm and a narrow hook with visible surface just 42mm.
It presents excellent thermal-insulation properties with Uw=1,15 W/m2K with Ug= 0,6 W/m2K.

It has been studied a special water drainage system that permits an optimal operation of the
system and gives the possibility to the water to drainage from the inside of the system too.
Possibility to construct all the typologies of the lift and slide systems.

KBE 70mm SELECT
KBE 70 CL helps you to save heating costs to a
measurable extent and raise the cosiness in your
home. The 5-chamber technology and the 70 mm
installation depth achieve perceptible thermal
insulation. Also sound insulation glazing can be
integrated that better absorbs noise from outside.
KBE 88mm
KBE 88 features an innovative, high-insulation 7-
chamber centre seal system and maximised steel
reinforcement sizes arranged at the centre for
enhanced stability. The result: Fitted with 48 mm
thick triple glazing, even the standard version of this
new system achieves the ambitious thermal
insulation values of passive houses. If there is need
for even better thermal insulation values, then the
profile chambers can be prefoamed or filled with

Hotelia Door is a main entrance door system with thermal-break, ideal for
high spec structures with blind panels, glass or a combination among these
materials. It is suitable for applications where daily use is a demand such
hotels and houses.
With total panel thickness of 60mm the door provides high thermal and
sound insulation. Custom design according to client’s preference can be
created on aluminium and glass surfaces. Manual, electric and especially
electronic locks with card for hotels can be installed.

Exalco Albio 135 Super Thermo (Premium)

EXALCO presents the new aluminium system for premium security door.
It’s a pioneer at European standards, which sets high standards for any
new construction or renovation building. Premium Door has the higher
thermal insulation with Ud = 0,6 w/m2K and offers unprecedented
insulating performance both in cold or hot climates. It provides complete
