After watching the FRESH Session on Time Management, write your thoughts on
the following: (one paragraph for each answer)

What important is time?

What important lesson on the us of time did you get from the speaker? What principles
of time management did she mention that you can use to enhance your study habits?

Time is more valuable compared than money. Time is precious partly for the reason
that we are all only allotted a certain amount of time in our lives, and so we need to
make sure that we use it wisely. Nothing can stop the flow of time. Time once past
cannot be brought back by any means. Money can back in time but time cannot
back once it finish.

For time management, we are only getting 24 hours a day, and no one else can live
this time in the place. It is time-limited, so everyone has to take control of his day,
then they will improve their ability to focus. Don’t waste any movement of life, because
that time never comes again in life. If you never lose your momentum, then you will
start handling the workload efficiently and finishing it up quickly.

Everyone should have this ability to take granted all thing on time for a better future,
and it will become more efficient. The more efficiently we act, the more time we will
have leftover for future projects. If we look all around important events of history,
then we will see that all successful people of history made the best use of time. The
prosperous people of the world are very conscious of the value of time. Hence,
we should never waste our time and try to make the best use of it.
