Licence Agreement

This licence agreement is an agreement between you, the customer, and

Soundorder.com. It govern your use of PRODUCTION EFFECT’S VOL.1 supplied
to you by Soundorder.com. By extracting the archive on MAC / starting the
installation procedure on WINDOWS systems or otherwise extracting and using any of
the sounds provided, you agree to be legally bound by the terms of this licence
agreement.
All material of this product is produced exclusively by Soundorder.com. You, the customer,
can use any of these sounds in your own commercial or non-commercial music and / or audio
productions without the prior permission from Soundorder.com under the terms of this
agreement.

Each sample-library is personally registered and licensed to you, the customer.

With the purchase of this sound library you have acquired a single licence, means only you
are allowed to make use of any contained sounds/samples. You may make one copy of the
library on CD/DVD for your own backup purposes, but you are NOT allowed to share any of
these sounds/samples, or lend ,re-sell or rent them, re-issue or redistribute them (in whole or
in parts), sell them or re-compile the patches/sounds/samples! Any other use (apart from using
the sounds in your own audio productions) is strictly prohibited by law.

The licence will terminate automatically without notice by Soundorder.com, if you fail to
comply with any provision of this licence.
Upon termination you shall destroy all copies of the sounds library/samples immediately.
