TASK PERFORMANCE PROPOSAL

B. NAME OF THE OUTPUT:

• Spiral staircase

C. MATERIALS NEEDED:

• Carton box

• Mighty bond or any glue

• Scissors/ cutter knife

• Ballpen

• Painting colors

• Toothpick

D. PROCEDURE (STEPS):

• 1st STEP:

Form a circle, divide it to twelve (12) then cut one by one.

• 2nd STEP:

To make a base form a rectangular carton.

• 3rd STEP:

Cut another rectangle, cut to the middle then form a circle. Paste it.

• 4th STEP:

Start immediately and paste from bottom to top. (Optional) paint your stair to make it more beautiful
and add something to hold.
