Participants in this round will begin the recruitment process by designing the job
description, compensation plan and other essentials to attract a mass of
candidates towards their company (description will be provided). Submission
format is word document. Depending on the attractiveness of the offer, you will
receive a bunch of resumes; a few from them can be shortlisted for round
4 interviews!
