I think my eating habits are OK. I'm probably not the healthiest eater, but I eat some fruit
every week – usually a few apples, or a banana, or a mango. We also try to eat a few
vegetables with every meal. We eat a lot of potatoes, though, and I know we should
probably try and eat fewer fries.
 
Example 2:
I think I have pretty good eating habits. We usually make healthy meals every day. We
always put some fresh fruit on the table, and we make a couple of vegetables with dinner.
We eat a lot of broccoli and carrots. We also have a side dish of salad every night. We eat
a little of everything, really. My husband makes steak. I cook fish. We eat pasta and
noodles, though we eat very little rice. We eat pretty well, I think.
