AMENDMENT TO AICL MASTER LEASE AGREEMENT

THIS AMENDMENT TO AICL MASTER LEASE AGREEMENT (this

“Amendment”) dated as of June 15, 2021 is between MUNSTER AVIATION LEASING
LIMITED, (“Lessor”), and AIR INDIA EXPRESS LIMITED (formerly known as Air India
Charters Limited) (“Lessee”) and amends that certain AICL Master Lease Agreement (as
amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “AICL Master Lease
Agreement”) dated as of March 26, 2007 between Lessor and Lessee.

W I T N E S S E T H:

WHEREAS, the Lessor leases to Lessee that certain Boeing model 737-800 aircraft
bearing manufacturer’s serial number 36339 and Indian registration mark VT-AYC (as further
described in that certain Acceptance Certificate No. 2 dated as of March 30, 2010 between
Lessor and Lessee, the “Aircraft”);

WHEREAS, the owner of the Aircraft is Kai Ting Aircraft LLC;

WHEREAS, the Term of the AICL Master Lease Agreement in respect of the Aircraft is
scheduled to expire on the Quarterly Date in respect of the Aircraft falling on July 7, 2021 (the
“Original Expiry Date”); and

WHEREAS, Lessor at the request of Lessee has agreed to extend the Term of the AICL
Master Lease in respect of the Aircraft to July 7, 2022 (the “Extended Expiry Date”) subject to
the terms and conditions of this Amendment;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Lessor and the Lessee hereby agrees as follows:

Section 1. Definitions. Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalized terms used
herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the AICL Master
Lease Agreement.

Section 2. Amendments to the AICL Master Lease Agreement.

(a) Lessor and Lessee hereby agree that, on the Effective Date, the
scheduled expiry of the Term of the AICL Master Lease Agreement in respect of the Aircraft
shall be extended from the Original Expiry Date to the Extended Expiry Date; provided
however that the Term of the AICL Master Lease Agreement may be terminated earlier in
accordance with the AICL Master Lease Agreement and the other Operative Documents.

(b) Lessor and Lessee hereby agree that no Rent shall be payable under the
AICL Master Lease Agreement from the Effective Date through the remainder of the Term (as
extended pursuant to this Amendment).

Section 3. Effective Date of the Amendments. The parties hereto agree that the
effectiveness of the amendments set forth in Section 2 hereof shall be conditioned upon payment
by Lessee to Lessor of all unpaid Rent payable under the Master Lease Agreement through the

Original Expiry Date, together with any other unpaid amounts payable under the Master Lease
Agreement as of the date on which such payment is made (such date, the “Effective Date”).

Section 4. No Other Amendments. The parties hereto agree that, following the
Effective Date, the terms of the AICL Master Lease Agreement shall continue to be in effect as
they were prior to the Effective Date except as expressly set forth in Section 2 hereof.

Section 5. Miscellaneous. The provisions of Sections 18 and 19 of the AICL Master

Lease Agreement are hereby incorporated herein by reference thereto as if set forth in full herein,
mutatis mutandis.
