PROJECT GUIDELINES

PROJECT OBJECTIVE:

You are required to identify a company and the challenges its facing in its HR function. Once the
company consent is received to carry out the project then you will be conducting an in-depth analysis of
the issue face in that particular area and provide a solution based on your learning and understanding of
the entire case. You will be conducting interviews from HR Manager to gain insights on the project.
Interview questions will be formalized once an initial meeting is conducting and company dynamics and
HR issue / challenges has been identified. All in - depth interview questions will be vet by me before
conducting with the HR Manager.

The contents of the report will include the following:

REPORT FORMAT

1. Title:
2. Table of contents
3. Acknowledgement
4. Summary
5. Objectives
6. Brief company introduction (mission, vision, values, operations, etc)
7. Company practices (findings)
8. Recommendations
9. Any other section you may want to add.
10. Questionnaire

MANDATORY ANNEXURES

1. Acknowledgement letter of the concerned organization

2. Information collection sample (survey questionnaire, interview questions/form, etc) used

3. Any other documents/formats relevant to the project

Important points to remember:

1. Project leader must prepare questionnaire or survey form for information collection.
2. No cheating or copy paste– prepare the report in your own words. This is a learning exercise
for you not for me!
