Install "License Manager\setup.exe".

Run Start\Program\Arcgis License Server Administrator > Start/Stop License Service

> click Stop.
Go to Crack\License Manager\ and copy files to c:\program
files(x86)\arcgis\license10.3\bin\.
Go to "Arcgis License Server Administrator" and click start.

Install application in "Arcgis10.3 Desktop 10.3.1\ArcGIS_Desktop_1031_145699.exe".

When finish, Arcgis Administrator will prompt, under "Select a product" use
Advanced (ArcInfo) Concurrent Use, and under Desktop, change Not_Set to localhost.
Copy Crack\ArcGIS\AfCore.dll to c:\program files(x86)\arcgis\desktop10.3\bin\.
