 Formulate Inventory Management System (IMS) on the basis of inventory control and Material

requirement planning for smooth functioning of Spare parts Section in coordination with other
department.
 Determine Reorder Level (ROL) of spare parts and lubricant on the basis of safety stock, lead
time and usage rate of spare parts by which availability of spare parts could be maintained
constantly.
 Verity the Spare Parts with packing list in coordination with subordinates and inform immediately
to the Spare Parts Manager if there is any discrepancy in parts like; shortage ot parts, damaged
parts, spare parts rate etc.
 Maintain environment of spare parts section clean and sensible by giving hundred percent efforts
to demonstrate its profitability in overall contribution.
 Organize stocks and maintain inventory as well as inspect products for defects and damages and
also examine in going and outgoing shipments.
 Maintains quality service by following organization standards and providing complete reports by
providing required information.
 Ensure the spare parts problem solving and delivering procedure performed on schedule and
time.
