Dear Sirs .

I . Hereby To Inform You That Above Mentioned Vessel arrived constanza road on 22-08-03 to
load cement in bulk.

The cargo holds were duly inspected and found clean, dry and free from foreign object, fit for loading
the said cargo. Thereafter the holds were duly closed.Refer to Cleanness of the Holds Report
delivered on 23-08-03 by MAREX HBC CONTROL in Constanza

The loading of the cargo was made by feeder loaders loading from TERMINAL SILOS directly into the
ship`s holds through holes of 53 cm diameter in hatch covers which were performed by Terminal
Labours.
Consequently the vessel`s stuff was not in position to ascertain the condition of the cargo.

We thus declare that the vessel, owners and manager are not liable for any damage could arise from
any foreign object inside the cargo.
